Col. Newsom's Aged Country Ham, New Crop

Aged country hams are coming out of the Newsom's smokehouse now. The houses were filled to the rafters and the kettles were fired filling the smokehouses with a cool smoke. The hams soaked up the "July sweats" and are right on schedule for harvest.

The one-year Newsom's dry-cured ham contains more moisture and is the ham you are used to cooking up and putting on the table for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners, and all those special family and friends occasions.
